Of all the places we could have ventured off to, we were lucky to come to a place with a temple. It has been a blessing to us. The Seoul temple is such a beautiful little sanctuary amidst the city concrete. It’s only a 45 minute train>bus>walk from our apartment which is pretty convenient. On this particular visit (a few days ago) we went inside from the sunshine, and came out to pouring rain! We were unprepared for this-- which is so un-Korean of us:) Luckily the temple had a few spare umbrellas to lend. This means we'll make sure we go back once more (to return the umbrellas) before we head home.
